Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อนำเสนอผลการเปรียบเทียบวิธีการวิเคราะห์การสร้างตัวแบบเส้นทางโดยวิธีกำลังสองน้อยที่สุดกับวิธีการสร้างตัวแบบสมการโครงสร้างบนพื้นฐนของการแปรผันร่วม วิธีการ : การวิจารณ์เชิงวิภาค ผลการศึกษา : ความนิยมต่อการสร้างตัวแบบเส้นทางโดยวิธีกำลังสองน้อยที่สุดบางส่วน (Partial Least Square path modeling) เนื่องจากไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้ตัวอย่าง (sample) ขนาดใหญ่ ซี่งจำเป็นในวิธีการสร้างตัวแบบสมการโครงสร้างบนพื้นฐานของการแปรผันร่วม (Covariance-Based SEM) เป็นความนิยมที่เกิดจากความเข้าใจคลาดเคลื่อน (fallacy) เพราะเมื่อตัวอย่างมีขนาดเล็กจะทำให้ค่าประมาณ (estimates) ต่าง ๆ เช่น  สปส. สหสัมพันธ์และ สปส. เส้นทาง (path coeffients) เป็นต้น ในตัวอย่าง (sample) ไม่น่าเชื่อถือเพราะมีโอกาสมีขนาดใหญ่กว่าค่าประชากร (parameters) เนื่องจากสหสัมพันธ์โดยโอกาส นัยทางทฤษฎี/นโยบาย : นักวิจัยควรใช้ตัวอย่างขนาดที่เหมาะสมในการวิจัย
