วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการสร้างจริยธรรมอย่างยั่งยืนเพื่อการบริหารจัดการบ้านเมืองที่ดีในสังคมไทย วิธีการวิจัย : การวิจัยจากเอกสาร (Documentary Research) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและสังเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย : การสร้างจริยธรรมอย่างยั่งยืนเพื่อการบริหารจัดการบ้านเมืองที่ดีในสังคมไทยต้องใช้แนวทางแบบองค์รวม โดยบูรณาการการพัฒนาคุณธรรมตั้งแต่ระดับปัจเจก ครอบครัว สถานศึกษา ศาสนา องค์กร และสังคมในภาพรวม ควบคู่กับการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิต ส่งเสริมบทบาทครูและการศึกษาหลักธรรม ผู้นำต้องเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี องค์กรต้องมีระบบคัดเลือกที่โปร่งใส และสังคมต้องมีกลไกตรวจสอบที่เข้มแข็งและเป็นธรรม เพื่อหล่อหลอมค่านิยมและพฤติกรรมการบริหารจัดการที่ดีอย่างยั่งยืน นัยทางทฤษฎี/นโยบาย : บทความนี้เสนอแนวทางแบบองค์รวมในการสร้างจริยธรรมในสังคมไทย สามารถนำไปสู่การกำหนดนโยบายเชิงจริยธรรมที่มีประสิทธิภาพ บทความนี้ไม่เพียงเสนอหลักการเชิงอุดมคติเท่านั้น แต่ยังชี้ให้เห็นแนวทางการปฏิบัติที่เป็นรูปธรรม ครอบคลุมทั้งการปฏิรูปปัจจัยพื้นฐาน การส่งเสริมจริยธรรมในครอบครัว ระบบการศึกษา หลักศาสนา เกณฑ์ในการคัดเลือก กลั่นกรองบุคลากร กระบวนการหล่อหลอมภายในองค์กรภาครวม และโครงสร้างทางสังคมที่เอื้อต่อการสร้าง “สังคมคุณธรรม” อย่างยั่งยืน
