สมรรถนะวิจัยและตัวแปรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำวิจัยให้ประสบความสำเร็จ : กรณีศึกษา นักวิจัยในมหาวิทยาลัยวิจัยแห่งชาติ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อค้นหาความหมายของสมรรถนะวิจัยและการทำวิจัยให้ประสบความสำเร็จ เพื่อค้นหาเงื่อนไขและปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดการทำวิจัยให้ประสบความสำเร็จ ในมุมมองของนักวิจัยในมหาวิทยาลัยวิจัยแห่งชาติ เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จากนักวิจัยที่ปฏิบัติงานในมหาวิทยาลัยวิจัยแห่งชาติ ในช่วงปี 2556-2560 โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความหมายของสมรรถนะวิจัย ประกอบด้วย สมรรถนะด้านความรู้ในการทำวิจัย สมรรถนะด้านทักษะและความสามารถในการทำวิจัย สมรรถนะด้านคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล และสมรรถนะด้านพฤติกรรมที่องค์กรคาดหวัง ความหมายของการทำงานวิจัยให้ประสบความสำเร็จ ประกอบด้วย เป้าหมายของการทำวิจัย ระยะเวลาในการทำงานวิจัย และการนำงานวิจัยไปใช้ ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานวิจัยให้ประสบความสำเร็จ มี 3 ด้าน คือ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ภาระงานและอุปสงค์ของงาน และปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมขององค์การ เงื่อนไขของการทำงานวิจัยให้ประสบความสำเร็จเกิดจากการผสมผสานที่ลงตัวเหมาะสมระหว่างทั้ง 3 ปัจจัย
