การพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์ในอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวตามกรอบข้อตกลงอาเซียน

การวิจัยนี้ ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการปฏิบัติงาน พัฒนาและออกแบบชุดการเรียนการสอนแบบหน่วยเรียน (Module) ในการบูรณาการการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการปฏิบัติงาน ของแผนกดำเนินการนำเที่ยวสำหรับสถาบันการศึกษา ผู้เรียน และผู้ประกอบการ และ นำชุดการเรียนการสอนที่พัฒนาและออกแบบมาทดลองใช้และประเมินผลการบูรณาการการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการปฏิบัติงาน ผลการศึกษา พบว่าสถาบันอุดมศึกษาแต่ยังมิได้นำกรอบข้อตกลงร่วมกันว่าด้วยการยอมรับคุณสมบัติบุคลากรวิชาชีพด้านการท่องเที่ยวอาเซียน มาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะและทักษะของผู้เรียน มือสถาบันการศึกษา คู่มือผู้เรียนหรือนักศึกษา และคู่มือสถานประกอบการ ภายใต้กรอบดังกล่าว เพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนแบบหน่วยเรียนในการบูรณาการการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการปฏิบัติงานให้นำไปปรับใช้ และพบว่ามีส่วนที่ต้องพัฒนาและปรับปรุง ผลการประเมินชุดการเรียนการสอนของแผนกดำเนินการนำเที่ยว ผู้เรียนหลังการเข้ารับการฝึกปฏิบัติและการใช้คู่มือ ผู้เรียนมีความรู้ ทักษะ และคุณลักษณะ ใกล้เคียงกับมาตรฐาน
