การนำระบบ SAP เข้ามาใช้งานเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยความสำเร็จของระบบ Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) ต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติของพนักงานการไฟฟ้านครหลวงเขตมีนบุรีและเขตลาดกระบัง ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลผลการศึกษาพบว่าภาพรวมของการนำระบบ SAP เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานในระดับปานกลางและความสำเร็จของระบบ SAP ในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติของพนักงานการไฟฟ้านครหลวงเขตมีนบุรีและเขตลาดกระบัง 4 ด้านคือ ด้านคุณภาพของระบบ SAP มีการกำหนดรหัสผ่านในการเข้าใช้งาน ด้านคุณภาพของสารสนเทศ ข้อมูลที่ได้จากระบบ SAP มีความรวดเร็วและเชื่อถือได้ ด้านการใช้สารสนเทศ มีความสะดวกในการใช้งานและง่ายไม่ซับซ้อน และด้านผลกระทบต่อบุคคล ต้องมีการฝึกอบรมพนักงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง ในการใช้งานระบบ SAP ทำให้มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพทั้ง 3 ด้านในการปฏิบัติงาน คือ 1.ด้านความประหยัดต้นทุน 2.เสร็จทันตามกำหนดเวลา และ3.คุณภาพของงานที่ได้
