อิทธิพลของผลตอบแทนขององค์การ ต่อพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์การ ความผูกพันกับองค์การและผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานธนาคารพาณิชย์ไทย

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา อิทธิพลของผลตอบแทนขององค์การ ต่อพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์การ ความผูกพันกับองค์การ ผลการปฏิบัติงาน ของพนักงานธนาคารพาณิชย์ไทย การวิจัยเป็นแบบผสม คือ การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ด้านผลตอบแทนขององค์การ พฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์การ ความผูกพันกับองค์การ และผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน ด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างกับพนักงานธนาคารระดับบริหาร จำนวน 9 ท่าน สำหรับการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างพนักงานธนาคาร จำนวน 9 แห่ง รวม 500 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ จากนั้นทำการสุ่มอย่างง่าย วิเคราะห์ด้วย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผลการปฏิบัติงานได้รับอิทธิพลทางบวกโดยรวม จากผลตอบแทนขององค์การมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ความผูกพันกับองค์การ และพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์การตามลำดับ พฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์การ มีอิทธิพลทางบวกโดยรวมต่อความผูกพันกับองค์การ และมีอิทธิพลทางบวกโดยรวมต่อผลการปฏิบัติงาน ส่วนความผูกพันกับองค์การ มีอิทธิพลทางบวกโดยรวมต่อผลการปฏิบัติงาน ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับผลการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ
