อิทธิพลของเทคโนโลยีต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการคลังสินค้าในธุรกิจค้าปลีกสมัยใหม่

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการคลังสินค้าในธุรกิจ ค้าปลีกสมัยใหม่ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยไม่ใช้ความน่าจะเป็น จากผู้จัดการ ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการและพนักงานในองค์การธุรกิจค้าปลีกสมัยใหม่ จำนวน 420 แห่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เทคโนโลยีมีอิทธิพลทางตรงและทางอ้อมผ่านความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารจัดการคลังสินค้าในธุรกิจค้าปลีกสมัยใหม่
