Elevation on business quality standardization in consumer-product wholesaler entrepreneurs using strategic masterplan and policy recommendation for long-term sustainability of green marketing atmosphere

PURPOSES: To improve and apply the business quality standardization criteria in consumer-product in retail and wholesaler. METHODS: Action research by a review of the 5 criteria of business quality standardization. Eighty-four consumer-product of retail and wholesaler entrepreneurs of Thailand were selected as research samples. Results: Form of strategic masterplan and policy recommendation was successfully improved and implemented. After implementation, an increase the score in each criterion of strategic masterplan and policy recommendation was evidently observed especially the enhancement of competitiveness and sustainability. CONCLUSION/POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Application of the improved criteria for business management could lead to betters, the strategic masterplan and policy recommendation was indicated as novel implementation tool for consumer-product wholesaler sector to improve overall business competitiveness and sustainability among retail and wholesaled businesses.
