Effectiveness of work performance of academic support staff in King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang

PURPOSES: To study effectiveness of work performance and to compare the performance of the academic support staff in King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkabang (KMITL) during work from home period. METHODS: A sample survey research of 400 members of academic support staff in KMITL by questionnaires. RESULTS: The majority of the respondents were female, 21-30 years old, work experience less than 5 years, single, bachelor's degree, and a monthly income of 25,001 - 30,000 baht. The effectiveness of work performance was at a high level. It was revealed that gender, age, work experience, educational level, position, and monthly income led to different in effectiveness of work performance significantly at p ≤ 0.05. THEORETICAL/POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Similar organizations can use the results from research to improve work performance by considering personal characteristics.
