ความพึงพอใจของชาวบ้านต่อการดำเนินงานโครงการบ้านมั่นคงสวรรค์เมืองใหม่

วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาหลักคิดและวิธีดำเนินงานโครงการบ้านมั่นคงสวรรค์เมืองใหม่ และวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจของชาวบ้านต่อการดำเนินงานโครงการบ้านมั่นคงสวรรค์เมืองใหม่ วิธีการวิจัย การสำรวจจากตัวอย่างและการวิจัยเอกสาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือชาวบ้านในโครงการบ้านมั่นคงสวรรค์เมืองใหม่ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ จำนวน 129 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ผลการวิจัย ชาวบ้านในโครงการบ้านมั่นคง สวรรค์เมืองใหม่มีความพึงพอใจต่อการดำเนินงานโครงการบ้านมั่นคง สวรรค์เมืองใหม่ในระดับพึงพอใจมากทุกด้าน ยกเว้นระบบกำจัดขยะและการรักษาความสะอาดและคุณภาพของสิ่งแวดล้อม ซึ่งชาวบ้านมีความพึงพอใจเพียงในระดับปานกลาง ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่าชาวบ้านซึ่งมีเพศและสถานภาพการสมรสแตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจต่อการดำเนินงานโครงการบ้านมั่นคงแห่งนี้ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนชาวบ้านซึ่งมีอายุ ระดับการศึกษาและอาชีพแตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจต่อการดำเนินงานโครงการบ้านมั่นคงสวรรค์เมืองใหม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 นัยทางทฤษฎี/นโยบาย คณะกรรมการชุมชนบ้านมั่นคงสวรรค์เมืองใหม่ควรปรับปรุงระบบกำจัดขยะและการรักษาความสะอาดและคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมในพื้นที่โครงการให้มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลสูงขึ้น รัฐบาลควรเพิ่มเงินงบประมาณสนับสนุนให้สถาบันพัฒนาองค์กรชุมชน (องค์การมหาชน) จัดทำและดำเนินงานโครงการบ้านมั่นคงสวรรค์เมืองใหม่ ในภูมิภาคต่าง ๆ ของประเทศมากขึ้น
