การมีส่วนร่วมสาธารณะในการบริหารเทศบาลตำบลในเขตพื้นที่ภาคเหนือตอนบนของประเทศไทย

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในเทศบาลตำบลเขตพื้นที่ภาคเหนือตอนบนของประเทศไทย และตัวแปรการบริหารองค์กรที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในเทศบาลตำบลเขตพื้นที่ภาคเหนือตอนบนของประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมีจำนวน 424 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่เทศบาลตำบล จำนวน 140 คน ข้าราชการ ผู้นำชุมชน และประชาชนทั่วไป จำนวน 260 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 24 คน รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณภาพการบริหารองค์กรโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.76 จำคะแนนเต็ม 5.00 การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมตามลำดับขั้นอยู่ในระดับสูง การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมตามแผนยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.80 และ 3.74 ตามลำดับเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม และการจัดการงบประมาณมีผลต่อระดับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมตามระดับขั้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และระดับ .01 ตามลำดับและพบว่า การจัดการงบประมาณมีผลต่อระดับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมตามแผนยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .01
