ตัวแปรที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองตามองค์ประกอบสุขภาพที่ดีของพระสงฆ์ในเขตดุสิต กรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ

       การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองและตัวแปรที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองตามองค์ประกอบสุขภาพที่ดีของพระสงฆ์ในเขตดุสิต กรุงเทพมหานคร  จำนวน 222 รูป ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ ความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองโดยรวมของพระสงฆ์ พบว่า อยู่ในระดับสูง (Mean = 3.11,  S.D. = .47) เมื่อจำแนกรายด้าน พบว่า ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติและคุณสมบัติขั้นพื้นฐานอยู่ในระดับสูง (Mean = 3.17S.D. =.35 และ Mean = 3.17  S.D. = .44 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนพลังความสามารถอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean =2.99, S.D. = .61) อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ดัชนีมวลกาย การมีโรคประจำตัว และจำนวนพรรษา ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองตามองค์ประกอบสุขภาพดีโดยรวมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ การมีโรคและไม่มีโรคประจำตัวทำให้พลังความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01  อายุที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณสมบัติขั้นพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการดูแลสุขภาพอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 

     This research aimed to study and to identify variables that were correlated with the self-care Capacity within the framework of good health components among monks in Dusit District, Bangkok.  The sample consisted of 222 monks.  The research revealed the following: The self-care capacity within the framework of good health components of monks was high (Mean = 3.11, S.D. =.47),  the capabilities for self-care operation and the foundational capabilities were high (Mean=3.17, S.D.=.35 and Mean=3.17, S.D.=.44 respectively), power capabilities for self-care was moderate (Mean=2.99, S.D.=.61), age, education, body mass index, underlying disease, and years of ordainment were not associated significantly with self-care capacity within the framework of good health components of monks.  Moreover, self-care capability was associated with physical health conditions significantly (<.01), whereas age was related to the foundational capabilities for health care significantly (P≤ 0.05)
