การประเมินสมรรถนะบุคลากรสำนักทะเบียนและประมวลผล กรณีศึกษาสถาบันเทคโนโลยี พระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสำคัญของสมรรถนะหลักและสมรรถนะประจำกลุ่มงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ บุคลากรสายสนับสนุนวิชาการที่ปฏิบัติงานด้านบริการนักศึกษา ของสำนักทะเบียนและประมวลผล สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์ การสนทนากลุ่ม และแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สมรรถนะหลักที่สำคัญ คือ ด้านการบริการที่ดี ด้านการยึดมั่นในความถูกต้องและจริยธรรม และด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม ส่วนสมรรถนะประจำกลุ่มงานที่สำคัญ คือ ด้านทักษะการจัดตารางเรียนและตารางสอบ ด้านทักษะการจัดการทุนการศึกษา และ ด้านทักษะการตรวจสอบการสำเร็จการศึกษาThe Competency Assessment of the Personnel Office of the Registrar A Case Study of King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang

This research aims to examine the importance of core competency and functional competency. The study sample is the academic supporting staffs operating in part of student services, office of the Registrar, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang. Interviews, focus groups and questionnaires were employed as tools to collect data. The data analysis was used in this study based on percentage, mean and standard deviation. Results revealed that core competency consisting of good service, going together with accuracy and ethics, and teamwork. Furthermore, other results revealed that functional competency consisting of class schedule and proctor schedule skills, scholarship management skill and skill of checking for graduation.
