abstract in Thai unavailableThe Stress, Satisfaction and Adaptability of the Higher Education Student in Thailand Case Study Kasetsart University

The objectives of this research were to study the level of stress of the higher education student in Thailand, to compare their stress according to personal factors, and to study factors relating with studentsr stress. The sample size was composed of 394 persons selected from Kasetsart University students by proportional stratified random sampling. Statistical tools used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t % test, One way ANOVA, and Pearsonr s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, at the .05 level of significance. The result indicated that the stress of Kasetsart University students, Bangkaen campus, were moderate level, for hypothesis testing found that personal factors concerning faculty, and grade point level caused the difference of their stress. Moreover, the adaptability of students, and satisfaction toward their friends had relationship with studentsr stress, at the .05 level of significance.
