Driving the Organization of Happiness with Moral

Abstract

Driving the organization of happiness with moral is the process of creating overall happiness for individual, the ultimate goals are “joyful life and happy work”. The researcher found that happiness was not purely from income but also from other factors such as healthy, kindness, security of life, safety, well time management, contribution to society, relaxing life, peaceful mind, debt-free happiness, warm family and good governance.  All mentioned factors were factors of happiness and implementation with moral for spiritual development, to cultivate awareness on the basis of understanding the reality of life and the world with wisdom. The core objectives are 1) to study concepts and theories of organization of happiness via the personnel happiness measuring instrument, 2) to synthesize concept of driving overall personnel happiness with moral in various dimensions, divided into 3 aspects of 1) to relax with awareness towards happiness in working 2)turning crisis into opportunity of happy workplace with positive thinking and 3) using peaceful strategy negotiation for the end of problem in the organization.
