Abstract

The objectives of this research are to 1) study the operation and problem of developing teachers 'learning management skills in the 21st century 2) Studying the needs for the development of 21st century teachers' learning management skills 3) Offer methods for developing teachers' learning management skills in the 21st century is quantitative research and the sample groups are school administrators of 15 schools, including 291 teachers. The research instrument are comment questionnaire and 2 questionnaires the possibility at 0.92 and 0.95 as well as the statistics used in the research are percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results were found that 1) school administrators have been working to develop teachers' learning management skills in the 21st century. The overall image is at a high level (  = 4.37) and reflect the problem of developing teachers' learning management skills in the 21st century. The overall image is at a low level (  = 1.95) 2) Teachers who have a need to develop 21st century teacher learning management skills. The overall image is at a high level (  = 4.14) and 3) get guidelines for developing teachers' learning management skills in the 21st century as follows: 1) Teachers and educational personnel should be encouraged to evaluate the use of media, innovation and educational technology which are in each semester in order to use the assessment results to improve the teaching and learning process for efficiency. 2) Teachers and educational personnel should be encouraged to create new knowledge from classroom research to improve teaching and learning processes. 3) Teachers and educational personnel should be encouraged to measure and evaluate teaching and learning management using a variety of methods. 4) Teachers and educational personnel should be encouraged to design learning units by applying information technology to learning unit design. 5) Teachers and education personnel should be encouraged to create and develop educational institution curriculum with qualified experts and curriculum development experts.
