Abstract

Freedom of assembly is one of the fundamental principles in democratic governance. Each country upholds the concept of liberal democracy, accepting assembly as a freedom of its own law. Assembly may be regarded as a lawful exercise of rights and freedoms or in accordance with international rules. But in some cases, the exercise of freedom of public assembly can affect other citizens' rights or public order. Such as a rally that intensifies the riot Rallies marched on public roads causing traffic jams. Using the amplifier at night as well as damage to the public domain, etc. This article will study the freedom of public assembly under the Public Assembly Act 2015 and analyze the current situation of student assembly.
