The objectives of this research were to study 1. the current status and the readiness of Local Administrative Organization in Accepting Transferring Mission of Tambon Health Promoting Hospital (HPH) in Phra Nakhon Si Autthaya District 2. the facters affecting to the readiness of Local Administrative Organization in Accepting Transferring Mission of Tambon Health Promoting Hospital (HPH) in Phra Nakhon Si Autthaya District 3. the problems and the suggestions for the readiness of Local Administrative Organization in Accepting Transferring Mission of Tambon Health Promoting Hospital (HPH) in Phra Nakhon Si Autthaya District. The research methodology is the mixed methods research. The quantitative research was the survey research using the questionnaire with reliability at 0.989 as the tool for data collection with the samples group for 180 officers of District Administrative Organizations in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. Statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and data analysis from open questions using descriptive analysis by a frequency table, and a qualitative research using an in-depth interview with 10 main informants and the descriptive content analysis technique. The research findings are as follows: 1. The current status of local administrative organization in accepting transferring mission of Tambon Health Promoting Hospital (HPH) in Phra Nakhon Si Autthaya District, by overall, were at middle level. (x ̅ = 3.30). Each status was also at middle level. And the readiness of Local Administrative Organization in Accepting Transferring Mission of Tambon Health Promoting Hospital (HPH) in Phra Nakhon Si Autthaya District, by overall, were at middle level ( x ̅ = 3.30). Each readiness was also at middle level. Current status and the level of readiness of local administrative organization, large local government organization likely to be ready for the transfer of the mission of Tambon Health Promoting Hospital (HPH) in Phra Nakhon Si Autthaya District rather than small. The district health promotion hospital has a responsible job. Especially in the field of medical treatment must have work experience and skills in healthcare. The local government organization is not ready to accept the transfer of the sub-district health promotion hospital mission. Because the administrators of the local government organization may not have enough knowledge and experience in this area. In addition, the personnel in the operation still lack knowledge, expertise, knowledge, understanding, skills and experience. In performing work related to the district health promotion hospital 2. The factors affecting to the readiness of Local Administrative Organization in accepting transferring mission of Tambon Health Promoting Hospital (HPH) in Phra Nakhon Si Autthaya District (the four factors of readiness) positively affect the readiness of local government organizations. The parameters of knowledge, understanding, skills and experience explain the change in the readiness to accept the transfer of Local Administrative Organization for 84.9 percent (R2 = .849) and had a high level of positive relationship overall (R = .921 **). On each factor found that are high in all aspects. And all factors were important for affecting to the readiness of Local Administrative Organization in Accepting Transferring Mission of Tambon Health Promoting Hospital (HPH) in Phra Nakhon Si Autthaya. 3. Problems and suggestions for preparing the local administrative organization in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District to accept the transfer of the mission of Tambon Health Promoting Hospital (HPH), most of the problems are personnel problems and budget. Still lack of personnel and service providers with expertise, knowledge, experience and skills in public health and the mission of Tambon Health Promoting Hospital (HPH). Local administrative organization personnel, they do not have knowledge and understanding in the sub-district health promotion hospital system and necessary skills. Some sub-district health promotion hospital staff have not wanted to transfer to local government. The recommendations are as follows: 1) should prepare and educate the personnel of Local government organization 2) must have a training or seminar So that the personnel of the local government has prepared and informed about the transfer.
