Abstract

This article has a purpose to study: (1) the situation of problem and (2) The way of problem management. For qualitative study, Research tools are in-depth interviews and observation record. Key informants with 24 key from Myanmar migrant workers, employers and government officers. Collect information through an interpreter and the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The findings revealed as follows: (1) he situation of problem; there were dress is not suitable for the place, since differences of cultural. There were drunk of cottage water and spirits, since to not knowing the rules of society. There were loud noises of phone, There were fight, there were not keep clean, There were gambling is online and underground lottery, since to personal behavior. The employers were not supervised and not bring identity documents. (2) The way of problem management; there were dress according to the form at work, there were dress completely at part-time at work. There were drunken cottage water without drugs and not drinking at work. There were not phone at work, there were not loud noises, there were not fight, keep clean, and there were not gambling is online. There were buy lottery of government instead of underground lottery. The employers were managed and control, such as making identification documents for migrant workers and checking immediately. If done wrong, there were punished according to the heaviness, if illegal, immediately notify the police. Summary of new knowledge in DARS is Dress properly (D), avoid abuse and drugs (A), respect others (R), and standards and care (S).
