Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the situation of knowledge needs in earning income and promoting occupation with participation in the aging society. Analyze and find a model of knowledge management in earning and promoting a participatory career in order to reduce inequalities in the aging society. and presenting a model of knowledge management in earning and promoting a participatory career in order to reduce inequality in the aging society. This research study was a mixed research study. In quantitative research, the researcher used questionnaires as a tool to collect data. A sample of 200 people used a simple random sampling. Descriptive statistics, mean, percentage and standard deviation (S.D.) were used for reference statistics. The F-test was used for individual factor differences with variables divided into 2 groups, and the F-test was used for one-way ANOVA. qualitative research Discussion interviews were used in groups of 12 and participant observations were used to analyze the data and examine the data using a triangular method. The results showed that The need for knowledge management in earning and promoting a participatory career in order to reduce inequality as a whole is at a high level.
