Circumstances and Needs of the Elderly in the Management Guidelines of the Elderly in Bang Rin Community, Muang District, Ranong Province

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the situation and needs of the elderly in Bang Rin Community, Mueang District, Ranong Province. The samples used in this research were 300 elderly people in Bang Rin Community, Mueang District, Ranong Province. Simple random sampling was used. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and analysis of variance. The statistical significance was determined at the 0.05 level. The results of the study revealed that the social management approach of the elderly in Bang Rin Community, Muang District, Ranong Province overall was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that every aspect was at a high level, according to the health needs of the elderly. at a high level ( = 4.31), followed by economic demand At a high level ( = 4.23) mental needs at a high level ( = 3.99) and social needs at a high level ( = 3.61) respectively.
