The purpose of this research is 1. To study the level of opinion of monks on the leadership of the sangha in the management of the temple. 2. To compare the opinions of monks on the leadership of the sangha in the management of the temple. 3. To study the problem. Obstacles and suggestions regarding the leadership of the Sangha in the management of the temple. In Sanam Chai Khet District, Chachoengsao Province. The research methodology is a combination of quantitative research and surveys with a total confidence value of 0.950 and a sample of monks who are in Sanam Chai Khet district. Chachoengsao Province 213 photos analyzed with social science ready-made programs The statistics used are frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and frequency values. One-way variability analysis and qualitative research with in-depth interviews with 8 key informants or people using detailed content analysis techniques. Findings were as follows: 1. The monks have an opinion on the leadership of the abbot in the management of the temple. In Sanam Chai Khet district, Chachoengsao province, the picture is very high (=3.85, S.D.=0.519) 2. The results of the research hypothesis showed that monks of different ages and studies were not educated. Opinions on the leadership of the sangha in the management of the temple The overall picture is different, so it is based on different research assumptions. Statistically significant at 0.05, it accepts the set research assumptions. 3. Problems Obstacles to Good Management in Uthai Sangha Administration, Ayutthaya Province 1) Meetings are few. The abbot rarely meets with Phra Luk Wat. 2) The abbot does not listen to the opinions of the parish. 3) Phra Luk Wat does not have the right to examine various activities of the temple
