Abstract

Thailand has set a 20-year development strategy for the country. There are many reforms and changes in the labor market that require more technological manpower. Entrepreneurs and workers need to adapt in order to be ready to cope with the changing conditions of innovation including responding to the Thailand 4.0 policy. The most important factors in entering Industry 4.0 is the development of Thai workers' potential in response to the Industry 4.0 policy, which labor is an important force in driving the country's economy. Guidelines for developing high-productivity workers and building sustainable security among unskilled workers Training should be encouraged on the skills the company needs and new skills needed. Thailand's education system should be adapted to meet the changing labor market demands. Models should be created to increase productivity of various informal workers and should promote cooperation mechanisms for the utilization of knowledge and connecting research in academia to more commercial work and create the ability to compete in all sectors of the economy.
