Abstract

A study of the satisfaction of bus users of the Bangkok Mass Transit Authority (BMTA) in Bangkok area. this has a purpose 1. To study the level of passenger satisfaction with using the bus service (BMTA). The population used in the study was passengers using the bus service (BMTA) in Bangkok. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. In collecting data, a questionnaire was sent to a sample of 400 sets. The results showed that the majority of bus users were 51.1% female, aged 21-40, 64.8% had a bachelor's degree, 62.3%, 47.2% student/student, and had income between 10,000-30,000 baht 73.3% from a survey of the satisfaction of passengers using the Bangkok Mass Transit Authority (BMTA) found that the overall picture is at a high level.
