The Role of Transformational Leader of Village Headman on the public opinion in Nong Yat Sub-district Municipality, Muang District, Nakhon Phanom Province

Abstract

The research aimed to study the role of transformational leader of Village Headman on the public opinion in Nong Yat Sub-district Municipality and to compare the role of transformational leader of Village Headman in Nong Yat Sub-district Municipality. The research samples consisted of 386. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The Data collections used in the research was a questionnaire. Statistics used in the research were Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard deviation, t-test and F-test and if differences were found, the differences in pair were later analyzed by LSD method. The research results were as follows: the role of transformational leader of Village Headman in Nong Yat Sub-district Municipality in the overall and each aspects were at a high level. The comparison of the role of transformational leader of Village Headman in Nong Yat Sub-district Municipality found that the people who had sex in different were not different in the role of transformational leader of Village Headman in Nong Yat Sub-district Municipality but the people who had age, the levels of education, occupation and the average income per month in different were different in the role of the transformational leader of Village Headman in Nong Yat Sub-district Municipality statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
