The purpose to this study wewe to 1) To study the welfare and health management of Teachers in School Under Lop Buri Provincial Administrative Organization 2) Comparison of welfare and health management of Teachers in School Under Lop Buri Provincial Administrative Organization, classified by gender, age, educational level and teacher's work experience. In this research, the researcher used a quantitative research method. The population used in the research was teachers under the local government organization. Lopburi Province, 495 people The samples used in the research were: Teachers under the local government organization Lopburi set sample size By opening a prefabricated table, set the sample size of Craigie and Morgan. A total of 217 people were sampled. The research instrument was a questionnaire. A 5-level estimation scale model with a confidence value of 0.86. The statistics used in the data analysis were distribution, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, statistical t-test, F-test. The research found that 1) Welfare and health management of school teachers under local administrative organizations. Lopburi Overall, the practice was at a moderate level ( = 3.09). Considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was health welfare ( = 3.77), followed by social and recreation welfare ( = 3.27). economic ( = 2.86) and the lowest mean is Educational Welfare ( = 2.48) 2) Comparison of Welfare and Health Management of School Teachers Under Local Administrative Organizations Lopburi Province classified by sex, age, education level and teacher work experience Overall, there was no statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level.
