Abstract

Objectives of this research paper were: 1. To roles and duties of the members of House of Representatives of Dusit District, Bangkok Metropolis, 2. To study the leadership of the members of the House of Representative of Dusit District, Bangkok Metropolis and 3. To study Buddhadhamma related to leadership of the members of the  House of Representatives of Dusit District, Bangkok Metropolis. Methodology was the qualitative method with the following 4 subjects with background in Political and Administrative Science, 5 subjects with background in Buddhadhamma Religion Studies, 4 subjects with background in Politics Studies and 5 subjects who are community leaders a total of 18 people. That was semi-structured in-depth-interview transcript by in-depth-interviewing at day, time and time set. Data from interview were compiled and analyzed in accordance with objectives by content descriptive interpretation. Findings were as follows : 1) Roles and duties of members of the House of Representatives of Dusit District, Bangkok Metropolis was found that assistance was provided to those who were in trouble and coordinated with relevant agencies. There is a public participation. by using technology to help. 2) Leadership of Members of the House of Representatives of Dusit District, Bangkok Metropolis was found that using social media, there is a team to listen to problems. There is assistance, care, development planning and coordination with relevant agencies. to take care of, generate income, create a career, however, there should be public relations and regular visits to the area covering and 3) Buddhadhamma related to leadership of members of the House of Representatives of Dusit District, Bangkok Metropolis was found that Tutiya Papanikadhamma, consisted of 3 principles, 1) Cakkhuma, the ones with far and wide vision with plans, policies implementation to meet the people’ needs and make livelihood better in the long run, 3) Nissayasampanno, the ones with good human relations, with sweet words, friendliness, would gain trust from people.
