Abstract

The objective of the research was to study development and guideline as well as measures to reserved land conflict management between the Royal Thai Navy and the people of reserved land of Tambon Samae San, Sattahip, Chonburi Province. The historical qualitative research methodology consisted of documentary research, oral history, in-depth interview and participant observation as well as non-participant observation were applied to this study. The findings showed that the development of the research land conflict consisted of problem formation, Sattahip oriented conflict, Samae San oriented conflict, and conflict Eastern Corridor. The guidelines and measures to the land conflict management were state center approach, community center approach, radical and integrated approach.
