Abstract

A Research Paper on Public Administration in accordance with the 20th National Strategy, work management is critical for organizations with a large number of employees with a variety of positions and functions within the organization. There must be a management plan within the organization that can address various matters, including strategy formulation, operational planning, coordinating personnel roles and duties, setting goals, and achieving those goals. All of these endeavors necessitate considerable management and development. It can be seen that each agency, both public and private, has different goals and achievements depending on the management style of the organization's leaders. Government agencies, whether central, provincial, or local, must have management and development under the 20-year national strategy that are in accordance with the master plan under the 20th national strategy, namely, public service and government efficiency, fiscal management, government balancing, government administration systems development, and government personnel production and development, etc. Government agencies must pay close attention and adhere to the concept of management planning. Therefore, it is interested to present an article on the principles of government administration for the highest success of government agencies and to truly meet the needs of the people with the utmost efficiency.
