Abstract

In this article was aimed at presenting the role of leaders in improving people's quality of life. The objective was to know the role of leaders in improving people's quality of life to have a better quality of life. Leaders are people who accepted by people to act in governance and allow people to carry out activities to have progress in life and are ready to deal with rapidly changing situations. Leadership roles are characterized by highly competent behavior and good features including effective management and a process of creating interactions that influence the governing body. They can inspire, build a desire that produces trust, acceptance, and self-sacrifice using an individual’s best talent as well as helping to promote personnel in the departments working together in order to achieve the goals set for the maximum benefit for the improvement of people's quality of life in the future.
