Abstract

Under the situation of the epidemic of the Covid-19 virus in the past, although the management system of Thai public health procurement, we are at the top of the world. which is considered to be the first in the world But if we look back, we have found that in the past, we have disparities in accessing and receiving quality services and the cost is so high that it is a problem for the people and the fund system for health and with the increasing medical services Relying mainly on technological knowledge and equipment received from foreign countries But there are still some areas or some rural areas. that the public health does not reach and is not as interested as it should be Impact on society in a wide way is to cause people to receive unequal opportunities. since medical treatment close care, attention and well-being are fundamental in education. or medical personnel and inadequate medical equipment for patients is another one that is still missing Public health is therefore unable to reach rural areas anywhere. Addressing inequalities in the health care system is a tangible, concrete one for public health organizations to be held accountable.
