Abstract

At present, there are many new graduates wishing to enter the labor market. causing high competition New graduates therefore need a lot of preparation to adjust to work. The spread of the Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) has affected the slowdown of the global economy. This results in less employment, especially for new graduates in finding work. This situation is a phenomenon that graduates need to adjust their behavior appropriately and increase the skills necessary to work in order to prepare them for entering the labor market. Therefore, new graduates should be ready for employment in order to obtain graduates with quality according to the market demand and also graduate with potential to work in the future.
