Abstract

This article aims to study Model of Judicial Process  to  Reduce  the  Inequality of Thai Society during the Transmission of Coronavirus Infectious Disease (Covid-19), The results of the study found that ; 1) the digital model of judicial process, 2) the economic model of judicial process, 3) the social model of judicial process, 4) the model of judicial process in natural resources and environment, 5) the model of judicial process in public health, 6) the model of judicial process in mass communication and information technology, 7) the model of judicial process in prevention and suppression of corruption and misconduct, 8) the model of judicial process in energy, and 9) the model of judicial process in education. The people have to adjust themselves to the new judicial process or under the Covid-19 rapid transmission situation in order to handle the problems concerned with judicial process, and have to communicate more in the online world. The participation of all sectors is encouraged and the cooperation in the management in the judicial process during this new era is promoted to reflect the works performed together by many sectors. The cooperation must be given to help build the society by using judicial process, reducing the inequality in Thai society, so that everybody could adjust themselves to the new way of life; also Thai people have to adjust their behaviors so that the social inequality decreases.
