Factors Affecting the Accomplishment in Implementing the Prevention Policy of the spread of Infectious on Coronavirus 2019 (Covid-19) of Krathum Lom Municipality, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the level of effectiveness in implementing the policy to prevent the spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) into practice of Krathum Lom Municipality. To study the level of factors affecting the effectiveness of the implementation of the prevention policy for the prevention of the epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) into practice of Krathum Lom Municipality. Comparison of results in implementing the prevention of the novel coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) policy into practice by Krathum Lom Municipality Classified by personal factors and to study the relationship between factors affecting the effectiveness of the policy to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and the effectiveness of the policy implementation. This research is a quantitative research. The samples used in the research there were 182 personnel working in Krathum Lom Municipality, Sampran District, and Nakhon Pathom Province. The statistics used for data analysis were as follows: Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation,      t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis. The results of the study showed that 1) the effectiveness in implementing the policy to prevent the spread of viral infectious diseases. Rhona 2019 (Covid-19) to practice of Krathum Lom Municipality 2) Factors affecting the effectiveness in implementing the policy to prevent the spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) into practice are at a high level The factors affecting the policy's implementation the most were the standards and objectives of the policy, followed by the cooperation or response of the policy leaders, and the economic, social and political conditions, respectively. 3) The personal factors of different position types had different opinions on the effectiveness of the implementation of the novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic prevention policy. 4) Factors affecting the achievement. The implementation of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic prevention policy was associated with a high level of positive policy implementation outcome. The results of this research can be used as information for the prevention of the spread of the novel coronavirus disease 2019 by government agencies, the private sector and local government organizations.
