The Leadership Development of Village Headmen in Taling-Chan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bang Pa-In District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

This study aimed 1) to study people’s opinions on the leadership of village headmen in Taling-chan subdistrict administrative organization, Bang Pa-In district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province and 2) to compare people’s opinions toward the leadership of village headmen in Taling-chan subdistrict administrative organization, Bang Pa-In district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The sample group was 347 eligible voters aged over 18 years-old in Taling-chan subdistrict administrative organization, Bang Pa-In district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. Tools of this study was questionnaire. Reliability 0.971 Analytical statistics were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation,  t-test and f-test. The results found that. 1) The leadership of village headmen in Taling-chan subdistrict administrative organization, Bang Pa-In district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, there was the high level of opinion on the administration and peacekeeping aspect, development and occupational promotion aspect, natural resources conservation aspect, service aspect and leadership aspect. And there was the highest level of opinion on the justice aspect. and 2) The leadership of village headmen in Taling-chan subdistrict administrative organization, Bang Pa-In district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province categorized by the personal factors found that there was not difference of people with difference sex, age, martial status, income, occupation and educational level.
