The Desirable Leadership of the Chief Executive of the Khorean Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

This study aimed to 1) study the opinion to desirable leadership of the chief executive of the khorean subdistrict administrative organization, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, and 2) comparison the desirable leadership of the chief executive of the khorean subdistrict administrative organization, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province classified by personal factors of people. The sample group of this study was 380 citizens who live in khorean subdistrict, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The tool of this study was questionnaires. Reliability 0.940  The analytical statistics were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and f-test. The result found that. 1) The leadership of the chief executive of the khorean subdistrict administrative organization, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province found that there was the highest level of opinion in overall. And when considered in each aspect found that the leadership aspect, the acceptance aspect and ethical aspect had the highest level of opinion. But, the credibility aspect and the motivation aspect had the high level of opinion. 2) The leadership of the chief executive of the khorean subdistrict administrative organization, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province classified by personal factors of people found that people with difference sex, age, martial status, educational level, occupation and income had not had different on the opinion to desirable leadership of the chief executive of the khorean subdistrict administrative organization, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province
