Abstract

 The research objectives were, 1) To study Learning Management of Group Relations. 2) To Develop an Academic Achievement. 3) To suggest data for Learning Management of Group Relations an Academic Achievement of Buddhism for the 2nd year Secondary Students Sutthajinda School Nakornratchasima. It was Pre-Experimental Research by using pretest and posttest research. The example group was used as the 2nd year Secondary Students Sutthajinda School Nakornratchasima 1 classroom amount 28 students that choose by Purposive Sampling. The Implements for this research was as lesson plan for Buddhist subject as unit 14 and achievement test for Learning Management of Group Relations as number 3 items. The results of the research work were as follows: 1) Result from learning management of group relations to develop an academic Achievement of Buddhism for the 2nd year Secondary Students Sutthajinda School Nakornratchasima. It had found that they were harmony among membership for a good of works an equality for them dare to act and give conceptual then help to each other that cause of applicate in membership. They were considered to prove as suitable as then analyze and decision for communication teamwork and got more an achievement. 2) Result from comparing pretest and posttest by using learning management of group relations to develop an academic Achievement of Buddhism for the 2nd year Secondary Students Sutthajinda School Nakornratchasima. It had average as () = 10.93 Standard deviation S.D. as = 1.923 and mean average as () = 24.54, and standard deviation as 2.219. Then when comparing for pretest and posttest had found that comparing achievement posttest higher than pretest by significant statistics as level .05 along by hypodensity set.
