Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the opinions on the efficiency of work of the personnel of the Provincial Electricity Authority Headquarters 2) to study the opinions on the organizational restructuring of the personnel of the Provincial Electricity Authority Headquarters 3) to study the organizational restructuring of the personnel of the Provincial Electricity Authority Headquarters relationship between organizational restructuring and operational efficiency of the personnel of the Provincial Electricity Authority Headquarters 4) to compare opinions on the performance of personnel of the Provincial Electricity Authority Headquarters classified by personal factors. The sample group used in this research was 360 personnel in the Provincial Electricity Authority Headquarters. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire and the statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The statistical value of t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient were determined at the statistical significance level at .05. The results showed that 1) the personnel of the Provincial Electricity Authority at the head office found that the organization was efficient in perform work Overall, it's at a high level. when considering each aspect found that the cost efficiency was the most and the least amount of work 2) saw that the organizational restructuring There is a high level of suitability. When considering each aspect, it was found that the personnel found that the process organization restructuring was the most appropriate. 3) The organizational restructuring was related to the efficiency of work at a high level, and 4) the sample group with different gender, educational level, work group, position, position level and working age. see that the organization has different performance while employees of different ages see that the organization has no difference in efficiency.
