Abstract

This study was a review of literature related to transitions from secondary education to career. By studying about the problem condition, element planning transitions from secondary education to career, planning phase and the skills needed to career. From the analysis of the review literature, the important skills to transitions from secondary education to career were self-determination or self-advocate skills, appropriate social skills and behavioral skills, career skills and skills related to independent living. To enable people with special needs to be able to transitions from secondary education to career for the most efficient future career in the future.
