Abstract

This article aims to analyze the guidelines the management of positive classroom atmosphere to promote learning skills in the 21 st century which classroom atmosphere is the situations or everything around learners. Positive classroom atmosphere or good classroom atmosphere can motivate learners to have curiousity and want to learn effectively. And if teachers can manage classroom atmosphere, it can help learners feel their importance. Learners have strength and always ready to develop themselves. Furthermore, the management of positive physical classroom atmosphere, such as characteristics of the classroom, materials, equipments and learning materials are considered in stimulating learning. Positive psychology classroom atmosphere, e.g. warmth, freedom, challenge, respect, control and success. These factors influence the learners in their development in learning effectively. So the roles of teachers in the management of positive classroom atmosphere is the important to promote successful learning skills of learners
