Abstract

Management of education towards the 21st  century with standards in line with Thailand Vision 2020 “Stability, Prosperity and Sustainability” research objectives (1) to study at the standard level of education management towards the 21st  century. In the 21st century,  educational management, knowledge management, and technology transformational leadership and (2) to propose guidelines for developing educational management standards for the 21st century using a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods. Data were collected from 340 demonstration school educators, in-depth interviews with 18 key informants, and blended research. Quantitative and qualitative research Structural equation model analysis found that Educational management, Knowledge Management and Technology, transformational leadership at the highest educational management standard level. Overall, the level is high. The results of this research can be used for planning the development of demonstration schools in Bangkok and other provincial areas.
