Abstract

This research aims to 1) Study opinions on the Operational Effectiveness of Based on Good Governance Principles of Royal Irrigation Department.It was the quantitative research. The sample was 393 Principles of Royal Irrigation Department. Tool for collected data was a set of questionnaire Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, The results found that most of the samples were female, aged 31-40 years, marital status, bachelor's degree, position working as a government employee, and average monthly income of 20,001 - 30,000 baht. 1)The Operational Effectiveness of Based on Good Governance Principles of Royal Irrigation Department was at a high level. 2) Sex, age, education level and average monthly income different opinions of on the Operational Effectiveness of Based on Good Governance Principles of Royal Irrigation Department with a statistically significance difference at .05
