The Potential Development of Staffs Within Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sena District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province

This study aimed to 1) study the potential development of staffs within subdistrict administrative organization, Sena district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province 2) to compare the potential development of staffs within subdistrict administrative organization, Sena district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province categorized by personal factors. The sample of this study was 196 staffs within subdistrict administrative organization, Sena district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. Tool of this study was the questionnaires. Statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and f-test.
The results found that.
- Most staffs were men aged between to 31– 45 years old, bachelor’s degree of educational level, married status, 4 – 6 years of working duration and working as general administrative officers.
- The potential development of staffs within subdistrict administrative organization, Sena district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province in general found to be in the highest level. And when considering on each aspect found that the The potential development of staffs within subdistrict administrative organization, Sena district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province in education aspect, development and potential promotion aspect, and the need for staff development aspect were at the highest level, when the training aspect was at the high level.
- The comparison of the potential development of staffs within subdistrict administrative organization, Sena district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province categorized by personal factors found that difference of sex, age, educational level, income, marital status, working position and period of employment had no difference in the potential development of staffs within subdistrict administrative organization, Sena district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province on the training aspect, the education aspect, the development and the potential promotion aspect and the need for staff development aspect.
