The Expectations of The People on The Change Agent Leadership in The Chongkhae Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Takhli District, Nakhonsawan Province

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) Study opinions level of the expectations of the people on the change agent leadership in the Chongkhae subdistrict administrative organization Takhli district Nakhonsawan Province. 2) Study the differences between personal factors and opinions on the expectations of the people on the change agent leadership in the Chongkhae subdistrict administrative organization Takhli district Nakhonsawan Province. It was the quantitative research. The sample was 299 people who have the right to vote in the Chongkhae subdistrict administrative organization Takhli district Nakhonsawan Province.Tool for collected data was a set of questionnaire Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and statistic used for hypothesis testing were t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Fisher's Least Significant Difference (LSD) at the statistically significance level of .05. The results found that 1) opinions level of the expectations of the people on the change agent leadership in the Chongkhae subdistrict administrative organization Takhli district Nakhonsawan Province overall, at a high level. 2) Sex, age and education level different opinions of on the expectations of the people on the change agent leadership in the Chongkhae subdistrict administrative organization Takhli district Nakhonsawan Province with a statistically significance difference at a level of .05.
