Factors Related to Election Decisions Members of the House of Representatives of the Office of the Council of State officials

This research aims to 1) study the level of factors related to the election decisions of the Office of the Council of State Officials; 2) study factors related to the election decisions of the Office of the Council of State Officials; and 3) research suggestions regarding the Office of the Council of State Officials' election decisions. This study was quantitative and used a questionnaire to gather information from 193 members of the Council of State Employees using the random probability sampling method. The data were analyzed using the statistics of frequency enumeration, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, and one-way analysis of variance. The study showed that: 1) totally, the highest level of factors was related to the Office of the Council of State's decision to elect members of the House of Representatives; 2) personal information, including sex, age, education level, marital status, and average monthly income was not significantly related to factors affecting the Office of the Council of State Officials' election decisions at a 0.05 level of significance; 3) various relationships and making decisions on elections based on a variety of settings, including the general qualifications of candidates or their honesty in presenting a positive image; being a knowledgeable, competent, and reliable performer, and having an open electoral process in which citizens can create a list of removal candidates using this system.
