Guidelines for Developing Scouting Activities in Educational Institute Under the Kalasin Provincial Administrative Organization

This research aims to 1) Study the current and desirable conditions of Scouting activities in educational institutions under the Kalasin Provincial Administrative Organization 2) Study guidelines for the development of Scouting activities in schools under the Kalasin The sample consisted of 23 school administrators and 179 teachers. The data collection tools were interview forms, questionnaires and scales. Analyze the average percentage data. standard deviation presented by descriptive analytical method The results showed that :1. The current situation in various fields appears as follows: 1) Academic planning and administration School administrators found that it was at the highest level (= 4.43). There was an opinion that it was at a high level (=4.29). 2) Scout activities or teaching boy scouts The school administrators had an opinion that it was at a high level (=4.34), while the Scout teachers had an opinion that it was at a high level (=4.19). 3) General administration and finance The school administrators had an opinion that it was at a high level (=3.55) while the Scout teachers had an opinion that it was at a high level (=3.60). 4) Personnel, the school administrators were of the opinion that it was at a high level (=4.02) while the Scout teachers were of the opinion that it was at a high level (=3.68). 5) For supervision or monitoring, evaluation and reporting, the school administrators viewed that it was at a high level (=3.72) while the Scout teachers were of a moderate level (=3.38). As for the desired condition A total of respondents were tallied and grouped to be the main information for organizing structure interview 2. Management of Boy Scout Activities in Educational Institutions The guidelines for development are: 1) The working group should have a joint work plan and the plan is consistent with the community context. 2) The working group takes into account the benefits of the activities according to the potential of the students and the community. 3) The budget should have an up-to-date disbursement system. worthwhile and verifiable. 4) The working group should develop skills to become a Scout teacher with expertise according to their potential. 5) Annually adjust the operation plan for the quality of Scout camp activities.
