The objectives of this research were 1) to study the need for the development of an activity-based learning management model in combination with technology to promote innovation and creative works for secondary students; 2) to develop and find the quality of the learning management model. learning management Methods of conducting research in the form of research and development the target groups are administrators, teachers and students in demonstration schools.
