Civil Political Model of the People Based on Democracy

Abstract

A study of the civilian political model of the people on the basis of democracy. It consists of 3 key concepts: 1. The meaning of civil politics it is a situation in which people are given the right and freedom to participate in the policy. Decentralization of power for people to determine their own way of life without violating the rights of others within the framework of the law. 2. The civic political model consists of the following important forms: referendum, public hearing, public debate People's Law Initiatives Other Forms Strikes protest. All of which are under the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E. 2540. There are several provisions that support the rights and liberties of citizens to participate in politics. and 3. political development in the civil sector. This is an important factor in the development of civilian politics by promoting efficient methodologies that are appropriate and consistent with the political situation. as well as being able to take advantage of the conditions of the law, the constitution, opportunities, rights and freedoms of politics, as well as managing the use of political resources that lead to political achievement and effectiveness.
