Abstract

This research article the purpose of this study was to study the level of educational resource management factors of small schools. to study the level of academic administration of small schools and to study the factors of educational resource management affecting the academic administration of small schools. under the jurisdiction of Uttaradit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The population used in this study were: Administrators and teachers working in small schools Under the Office of Uttaradit Primary Educational Service Area 1, Academic Year 2022, there were 296 people. The sample group was administrators and teachers working in small schools. Under the Office of Uttaradit Primary Educational Service Area 1, Academic Year 2022, there were 88 students. The research tools were questionnaires. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the level of educational resource management factors and the level of academic administration of small schools. The overall picture is at a high level. and the educational resource management factors affecting the academic administration of small schools, it was found that the five factors were human resources, budget, materials, management and information Affecting the academic administration was statistically significant at the .05 level. The prediction coefficient (R2) was 0.967, indicating that overall, the educational resource management factor had an overall influence on the academic administration about 0.967 or power. Prediction 96.70 %
