The development of the Aging health promotion model in Ban Phu Bo Bid community, Muang District, Loei Province, Thailand

The objectives of this research were: (1) to study the current situation and problems of healthy promotion for aging in Ban Phu Bo Bid community in Loei province, Thailand (2) to develop models of healthy promotion for aging in Ban Phu Bo Bid community by the public participation approach, and (3) To implement the models of healthy promotion for aging . The qualitative methodology was used in the study comprised the focus group discussion, the meeting for group brainstorming, in-depth interviews and participating observation. The results of the research were as follows:
- The study of the current situation and problems of healthy promotion for aging found that the village still did have any aging healthy promotion model with the whole dimensions of aging development.
- The results of developing the models could be showed in 4 categories. (1)physical healthy promotion model,(2) spiritual healthy promotion model (3) economic healthy promotion model and (4) social healthy promotion model
3. The results of implementing the health promotion model by implementing a total of 13 projects for 6 months
